New York Academy of Sciences
World-class Web site and original content created for the New York Academy of Sciences, which garnered the Webby Award for top association site in 2005. Products aimed at scientists, teachers, and the lay public included eBriefings – multimedia reports prepared by science journalists on meetings convened at the Academy, uniquely formatted in drill-down layers and assembled in topic-specific channels.

“Sarah Greene and I were colleagues at the New York Academy of Sciences and I had the incredible good fortune to collaborate with her on the creation of the Academy’s on-line “eBriefings” product. In addition to Sarah’s acute scientific mind, her impeccable nose for a good story, and keen design sensibility, she could see clearly ahead of the curve to what our potential audience wanted and, in fact, needed to keep abreast of the latest breaking scientific breakthroughs. This made our collaboration one of the most fulfilling and exciting of my career.”
